Hi, I'm Jillian - a new mom who has always dreamt of owning a creative small business. I started Tipsy Stitch because I fell in love with needlepoint when I realized I wanted something creative to do with my hands that wasn't staring at a screen, and from the first stitch, I was hooked.

Like many others, I first discovered needlepoint through social media, but had a hard time finding clear resources and materials for beginners and didn't know what I needed to get started.

Tipsy Stitch is the shop I wished existed when I began needlepoint: a small, thoughtfully crafted collection where every canvas is one I'd stitch myself (and probably will!) I also want people of all skill levels to find something they love in our shop, whether that's a beginner kit or or a fresh canvas design a seasoned stitcher hasn't seen yet. I hand-paint my own original deigns, and work with independent designers to curate a collection of designs that is chic, fun, and worth your valuable time. 

Most importantly, I think needlepoint should feel fun, accessible, and relaxing. Pour yourself a drink, pick up your needle, and make something that brings you joy!
