what does 'pre-order' mean?

The design is made-to-order by Tipsy Stitch or ordered directly from a designer for you.

how long will it take for a pre-order to arrive?

Most pre-orders ship within 14 business days. Some designs may take 4–8 weeks, but we'll flag these clearly on the product page.

what about in-stock items?

Items tagged "In Stock" ship within 3-5 business days.

Will my preorder ship separately?

If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship together within the preorder shipping timeframe. You will need to place two separate orders if you want your In Stock items to ship sooner.

am I charged right away?

Yes, payment is collected at checkout. This allows us to begin preparing your order immediately, or place your wholesale order for pre-orders.

can I cancel a pre-order?

Cancellations within 24 hours are fine. After that, the order has gone into production or the wholesale order has been placed, and we're unable to cancel.
