All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate for dependable delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at the standard USPS Flat Rate and are the responsibility of the customer. Orders of $150 or more (before tax) qualify for complimentary shipping — no code required.

In stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Preorder items typically ship within 14 business days. If your order contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship together within the preorder shipping timeframe. You will need to place two separate orders if you want your In Stock items to ship sooner.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Because many needlepoint products are specialty or made-to-order, all sales are final. However, if something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make things right.
